Privacy
Updated 13 October 2026
This policy covers this website only. Franchise World, the game, is not released yet; its own privacy policy will be published before release.
1. Controller
Christian Hermann & Martina Hermann GbR, An Rainen 3, 72525 Münsingen, Germany. Email: apps@bitbeans.de.
2. What this website does not do
It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, uses no advertising tools or trackers, loads no third-party fonts, images or embeds, and has no forms or accounts. The only script is the cookie-free reach measurement described in section 3.
3. Hosting with Cloudflare
The site is delivered by Cloudflare Workers. To deliver the pages securely and to defend against attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, the requested URL, the time, and your browser and device type. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a stable and secure website, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We use no advertising trackers, contact forms or marketing cookies. For reach measurement we use Umami on our own server in Frankfurt am Main, Germany (analytics.bitbeans.de). It processes the page visited, referrer, country of origin, device type, screen size, browser and operating system without cookies and without any identifier on your device. Visits are distinguished by a daily rotating, non-reversible hash value, the IP address is not stored, no user profiles are created and the measurement data is deleted after 14 months. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; the server is hosted by OVHcloud in Frankfurt am Main, Germany and operated exclusively within the EU. If your browser sends “Do Not Track”, the visit is not measured. You can also object at any time by email to apps@bitbeans.de.
4. Recipients and transfers
Our technical provider is Cloudflare, Inc., USA. Processing may take place outside the European Economic Area. Cloudflare describes safeguards and transfers in its own privacy policy and data processing addendum.
5. Email
If you write to apps@bitbeans.de, we use your message and address only to answer you and keep it only as long as needed or legally required. Basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
6. Your rights
Within the legal limits you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You can complain to a data protection authority, in particular the one of Baden-Württemberg, Germany.
7. Changes
If we add other tools or change what is processed, we will update this policy first.
